Jade Hobden

I joined the Greenway team in early 2018, as a Receptionist/Care Navigator. I have a passion for digital designs and was delighted when the role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator was produced for the practice. Overall I am responsible for maintaining the social media pages, practice website and the television screens and all other resourses, including leaflets and flyers. Alongside this I manage the Care Navigation team.

Outisde of work I enjoy craft and digital designs and spending time with my husband and daughter.
