Online Consultations at Greenway

• eConsult is a non-urgent online consultation service that allows patients to contact the practice for medical or administrative help.
• It is designed for issues that are not emergencies and can wait for a response within the usual timeframe (typically up to 48 hours).
• Patients can use eConsult to:
  • Request advice or treatment for common conditions
  • Ask about test results
  • Get fit notes or other documents
  • Make general enquiries
• eConsult is optional – it is just one way to contact us.
  • Patients are welcome to call the surgery or visit in person if they prefer.
• We are not a total triage practice, so patients do not need to use eConsult before accessing care in other ways.
• Each submission is reviewed by a clinician or appropriate team member, and patients will be contacted with a response based on clinical need and priority
