New Health Kiosk Coming Soon

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new Health Kiosk at the practice. This innovative system will enable patients to complete health questionnaires and record key vital signs independently, using a range of clinically approved care pathways. All information collected is automatically uploaded to the patient record using SNOMED coding, ensuring accurate and seamless integration with our clinical systems.

The Health Kiosk will help improve patient flow and efficiency within the practice while maintaining high standards of care. By capturing routine clinical information before appointments, it will save valuable clinician time, support more effective consultations, and help increase appointment availability for patients.

The care pathways available through the kiosk have been tailored to meet the needs of our practice and have been reviewed and approved by our Lead GP. The system can also identify abnormal readings and generate alerts for practice staff, while providing appropriate on-screen guidance to patients.

The Health Kiosk will be located in the waiting area, and patients may be asked to use it when attending for the following services:

• General Health Checks
• NHS Health Checks (ages 40–74)
• New Patient Health Checks
• Asthma Reviews
• Diabetes Reviews
• Heart Disease Reviews
• Oral Contraception Reviews
• Blood Pressure Screening
• Dementia Carer's Reviews
• Vital Signs Monitoring
