Notification of change in Usual GP

Please be advised that Dr Hay will be leaving the practice at the end of February to commence a career break. We would like to thank Dr Hay for her service over the years and I’m sure you will agree, it is a shame to bid her farewell.

The practice has been fortunate to secure recruitment of a new salaried GP, Dr Tom Brookes, who will start in April.

Effective from Monday 4th April 2022 Your usual GP will be Dr Tom Brookes. This is the doctor you will see for all of your doctor appointments. Dr Brookes’ usual working days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

In the interim, our experienced locum GP Dr Rajan Bowri who has worked with us for the past 4 years will be your named GP for all your visits until Dr Tom Brookes starts with us.

We wish Dr Hay all the best in her exciting new chapter and would like to thank you for your understanding during this transition.
