COPD Support Programme
Finding out you have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) can feel worrying, and it’s completely normal to feel this way. COPD is a lung condition that can make breathing a bit harder because the lungs can get tired and swollen. But many people live well with COPD and you are not alone.
We’re here to help you and we can provide free information & guidance at our information session on Tuesday 28 April from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Greenway Centre. If you’d prefer an online session, we will be offering these at a later date, so please email us so that we know to contact you nearer the time.
Further information and how to Book
We’ll confirm your booking in an email so that you know you’re booked in. Turn up at Greenway for helpful information over tea and biscuits.
