Please be advised that the practice will be temporarily closed on Tuesday 25th June 2024 from 1pm until 5pm for essential staff training.
The practice will re-open from 5pm onwards where a team of care navigators and clinicians will be available to answer your queries. For urgent matters whilst the practice is closed, please contact 111.
In the event of an emergency between 1pm and 5pm you can also contact the practice emergency line on 0117 9598927.
