How to Request a Home Visit
Home visits are at the discretion of the doctor. If you are too ill to be brought to the surgery or if you are housebound, please phone and leave a message, before 11am.
The Doctor will then ring you as soon as possible to discuss your request. Occasionally, the doctor may feel it is more appropriate for a member of the community nursing team to attend. They will always discuss this with you first.
