Practice Complaints Procedure
At Greenway Community Practice, we try to offer the best possible care and treatment to our patients. If you are unhappy with the treatment or service you have received, you are entitled to make a complaint, have it fairly considered and receive a response from the Practice.
The Practice has established a complaints procedure in line with the latest NHS guidelines. We take all complaints very seriously and hope most concerns can be sorted out quickly and easily. If you wish to make a complaint please contact us, ideally in writing, so that the complaints procedure can be initiated.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is confidential and provides an approachable, easily accessible route into all areas of the NHS to raise queries, concerns or compliments.

The surgery is open 8.00am – 7pm from Monday-Thursday and 8.00am – 6.30pm Friday.
